Return & Refund Policy

Important Note on Perishables

Fresh flowers are highly perishable items. As such, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are strictly reserved for products received in poor condition due to delivery mishandling.

1. Return Policy for Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of our products (flowers, foliage, cakes), all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

  • Condition for Refund/Replacement: A refund or replacement will only be considered if the flowers arrive in a very poor shape or wilted condition caused during the delivery process.
  • Reporting Timeline: You must inform us immediately within 2-3 hours of receiving the item. This strict timeline ensures fairness in judging the condition of the flowers at the time of delivery, as they are sensitive to heat and environment.
  • Late Reports: 50Gram will not entertain reports made more than 3 hours after receiving, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred during delivery or due to improper care after receipt.

2. Refund & Replacement Process

If you believe your order is eligible for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Photos: Immediately take clear photos of the damaged bouquet/product. Including photos of the packaging is also helpful.
  2. Contact Us: Email us at 50gramflorist@gmail.com or WhatsApp our customer service with your Order ID and the photos.
  3. Review: Our management will investigate the case.
  4. Resolution: If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Note that refunds may be partial as delivery costs cannot always be refunded.

3. Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Recipient not available to receive the item at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal of the item by the recipient.

If the recipient is not home, the items will be returned to 50Gram. A second delivery attempt will incur an additional delivery fee born by the sender. No refunds will be issued for the original product if it cannot be delivered due to these reasons.

4. Buyer Responsibility

If the bouquet is picked up by the buyer to be gifted later (e.g., the next day), the buyer is fully responsible for keeping the flowers fresh. 50Gram is not liable for wilted flowers due to the buyer's neglect (e.g., leaving them in a hot car, lack of water, or improper storage).
